At FGS Autographs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery provided items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip provided by our system.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
